Oxford student Constantine Fraser spent several weeks in Greece researching its Jewish community. After their numbers were decimated in World War ll, how are Greek Jews faring today? Constantine spoke to a broad spectrum in Athens and Salonika – from Jewish students to the Chief Rabbi, to the director of Salonika’s Jewish Museum and the academic doyenne of Salonikan Jewry – in order to build up a picture of the state of the contemporary community.
