Film: Operation Mural UK premiere of a 55-minute documentary film,
revealing the forgotten story of how hundreds of Jewish children
were smuggled out of Morocco to Israel in the 1960s. Mural was
the code name for David ‘Gerald’ Littman, who with
his new wife Gisele Orebi – the future writer on ‘dhimmitude’ and
Eurabia, Bat Ye’or – posed as an English gentleman
to carry out this risky mission. The award-winning film has been
seen on Israeli Channel 1, at many film festivals and on Canadian
Television. The screening will be attended by distinguished guests,
